DR. DR. DANEL began his elementary education at Synto Niger state before moving to Allover Polytechnic, Ogun State where he studied Business Administration and Management. Thereafter he obtained a degree in Business Management at Aydın University, İstanbul, Turkey. Added to his educational qualification, he was awarded a PhD in Business Management from City University of Paris.

Dr. Theophilus Ogumbe is A highly analytical leader with 2 decades of experience leveraging in advanced mathematical modeling and financial analysis to drive investment decisions and optimize real estate portfolios.
Dr. Theophilus Ogumbe holds a B.Sc Mathematics, M.Sc Applied Mathematics from University of Calabar and Phd in Business Management from American Heritage University.
With his unique blend of mathematical expertise and business acumen, alongside his active experience in banking sector, Dr. Theophilus Ogumbe has a Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable investment strategies across financial markets and real estate assets. His Expertise spans from financial modeling, market analytics, portfolio optimization, and value creation through strategic acquisitions and development.

Before joining De Velli Group, Dr. Ogumbe built a solid career as a financial analyst, advising high-net-worth individuals and institutions on risk-managed investments and property portfolio expansion. Lucky Dania Esq. serves as a Legal Adviser to De Velli Group, a leading real estate company. His expertise spans property transactions, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance, providing invaluable guidance to the organization.
Lucky Dania Esq studied Law at Ambrose Alli University and has served in various capacities legal officer, compliance officer, Barrister/Solicitor and Company Secretary. Has a proven track record of providing effective legal advice to De Velli Group, ensuring the company’s operations are conducted with utmost integrity and adherence to relevant laws and regulations. His extensive experience in property management and real estate law enables him to navigate complex legal issues with ease.
Dania is a Secretary/Registrar at the Dispute Resolution Center of Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is a principal partner in Crown & Sceptre Partners, a law firm in Abuja that specializes in Corporate Law, Criminal & Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate Law, Matrimonial Cases and more.
He successfully managed the compliance needs of a leading construction and Oil & Gas Company from 2014 to 2016, overseeing multiple projects across the country.
